HUMAIN is a Saudi state backed full stack AI company: launched in May 2025, owned by the Public Investment Fund and chaired by the Crown Prince, building across AI infrastructure, AI cloud, data and models, and applications. Tareq Amin was appointed chief executive at launch, having previously led Aramco Digital.
PIF later agreed for Aramco to take a significant minority stake, with PIF retaining majority ownership.
This is the basis for the video’s phrase “government backed demand”. The video does not state a valuation, a capacity figure or a spending total for HUMAIN, because none of those is disclosed at a primary source in a form that is current.
